The Antique mall has
leaded glass and boudoir lamps, American and European Antique Furniture; linens;
Cindy's and Evelyn's vintage costume jewelry; retro clothing and kitchen items;
original pottery and paintings from April's and Connie's hands, Audubon prints;
artists-signed framed prints, posters and collectibles; primitives; Ice's 84
Word's Fair & varied ceramics; Asian antiquities; fine china; religious items;
Pat's and Kathleen's American Fostoria and other elegant & depression glass;
theme settings; toys and children's furniture; Lynne's New Wicker Furniture
Gallery; and international jewelry, accessories, and collectibles from Carmen's
travels. And we can't fail to mention the fantastic finds of Aunt Sue,
Miss May, Olivia and Judy in their Golden Girls' room. There's, also, the
contemporary, quaint and hard to replicate treasures of Martha & Donna,' the
largest golden books and VHS libraries that Denis replenishes; and the odd and
little known things discovered by Lynette and Able. This and so much more
are encompassed on 6,000 square feet, presented by 40 vendors and consignors in
73 areas. And beginning in the Summer of 2008, there will be two locations
for our clients to shop and browse. We will be opening a second mall, Barze' Place II, at 200 East Canal Street, here in Picayune. The new store
will feature the same kind of talented vendors for finding the things that
invoke childhood memories of bygone days and proud vintage craftsmanship.
Lynne, Ted, or one of
their vendors is always on hand to offer assistance, help with information or
consult with decorating advice on our varied objects. Many of Lynne's
repeat customers come just to visit and enjoy the quiet, warm, welcoming
atmosphere of Barze' Place Mall. We intend to carry on that feeling at
Barze's Place II, also.
Our hours of operation
at Barze' Place Antique & Collectibles Mall are Monday through Friday, 10AM to
5:30PM and Saturday, 10AM to 4:30PM. For the time being, our Barze' Place
II hours will be Thursday & Friday, 10AM to 5:30PM and Saturday, 10AM to 4:30PM.
We will expand our days of operation as we develop this location. Both
stores will be open the entire weekends of the Fall and Spring Picayune Street
Fairs and fully participate in all Picayune Main Street Events and we are
members of the Picayune Chamber of Commerce. Look for our ads in The
Stennis News, Diamond Head News, Mississippi Antiques, Antique Week Central
Education Travel Guide, and Here's Pearl River County. We are often
featured during the I-59 Mississippi Welcome Center activities.
